First Friday always brings a ton of good stuff, Saturday is pretty filled up, and Sunday rounds the weekend off nice with a few things on the more relaxing side.

June 6th - Friday

• It’s First Friday and there’s a ton of good stuff going on. Here is the link to the main event page but I will list some standout events below as well — main website.

• The Raleigh Times will have their vendor stand starting at 7PM with about 15 vendors located directly in front of their building, with music setup outside — click for more info.

• Le Dive and Old Ghosts Tattoo are doing flash tattoos starting right at 5PM, Le Dive is located right of Fayetteville St next to Neptunes & Kings, details below:

• Copperline Plant Co. has their vintage home goods pop-up tonight from 5PM onward, look for curated items from estate sales, books, plant stands, & more — info here.

• With the LAST First Friday before they pause exhibitions, CAM Raleigh is offering FREE wine & beer, a dance performance, and options to purchase art prints — check them out and show your support before they close (for what we hope is only temporary).

• Looking for a movie night? Shrek 2 (we know you’ve seen the first one) plays in Moore Square for the event as well, the movie starts on the park screen at 7:30PM — link here.

• Join Downtown Raleigh Alliance, Crankarm, The Pit BBQ, & more over in Commerce Place (Warehouse District) for their Sip N’ Stroll friendly pride event, details below:

• Outside of First Friday, BoxyardRTP is turning 4! Come out and celebrate with an open jam with Log Off, Jam On. Bring your instruments and join the party — details here.

• Mitch’s Tavern reopened yesterday! Stop by and support one of Raleigh most historic restaurants after they closed for 3-4 weeks to make repairs to the building.

June 7th - Saturday

• The NCMA Market is back from 11-4PM, with Triangle Pop-Up. They will have live music, local artisans, & more — more info here.

• The Gipson Play Plaza Opening Celebration is tomorrow, starting at 9AM and running through 10PM — check out the new park and opening details down below:

• NC Museum of Natural Sciences (NCMNS) has their Museum Untold Tour Saturday at 2PM, they say you'll hear “untold stories about the Museum and discover hidden details among the dioramas” — tickets here if interested in a rainy day activity.

• The Raleigh International Food Festival takes place on Fayetteville St from 11AM-9PM on Saturday. They will have nearly 20 bands, multiple countries national anthems, beer & wine from all over the world, and plenty of food to leave you feeling full — details here.

June 8th - Sunday

• Every 2nd Sunday, enjoy Jazz at Incendiary Brewing from 2-5PM with Durham based jazz trio: Workbook — source.

• The Raleigh Underground Market starts Sunday at 11AM (music at 12:30PM), check them out over in North Hills at Midtown Park — website link here.
