Raleighwood Updates

  • So we recently crossed 5,000 readers. That's pretty wild. When I started this thing, I genuinely didn't know how much this would catch on, so thanks for being here and supporting this project.

  • As part of the celebration, I've been building something behind the scenes that I'm finally ready to share.

  • On February 25th, I'm launching a companion website to the newsletter, our local directory and guide that I’ve officially deemed: Sir Walter’s Guide.

  • You'll be able to look up restaurants, nightlife, live music venues, and more! All can be filtered by area of Raleigh and category, so you can find spots near where you actually live.

  • There are also full guides written by myself and other local folks, with photos, maps, and recommendations from people who actually live here.

Here is a sneak peek at one part of the site, will share more soon as we finish up the final tweaks before launch:

Shout-out to Vino, a great Wine Bar Downtown.
