You probably heard the news about Punxsutawney Phil (6 more weeks of winter) but did you know until 2022 Raleigh had it’s own Groundhog Representative?

His name: Sir Walter Wally. He now spends his time enjoying retirement in the care of The Museum of Natural Sciences.

NC State Club Hockey beat out UNC, 4-1 in the Governors Cup in Lenovo Center Sunday night. They play in the wake of a Hurricanes loss to the Kings Saturday night, 4-2.

The Canes play again tomorrow in Winnipeg against the League leading Jets, currently on a 6 game winning streak.
