Card or Delivery Issues

If you ordered online and run into problems with shipping or the store, reach out to us. Cards are hand mailed via USPS and usually arrive within 5 to 7 days.

At Local Venues

We confirm all deals with management ahead of time, but not every staff member may know about them right away, especially if you end up being one of the first to redeem a card. Please be kind and patient as staff double-check with management on redemption.

Redeeming Deals

Each deal was provided and confirmed by each business before launch. If you run into trouble, first ask the venue directly about the cards but if that doesn’t solve it, let us know and we’ll follow up directly to investigate any issues.

Card Limits & Validity

Cards are limited (1 per order, 1 per person at events). Offers can’t be stacked with other deals. Valid through 2025.
